Retail Terms of Sale   Payment Method   ESC accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.   Your credit card will be charged the exact amount of the invoice, state and local sales tax, plus shipping and handling, on the day of the shipment.    Terms of Sale Fabrics and colors may vary slightly. Size is approximate. Items must be ordered in specified minimum quantities as noted. Delivery times may vary based on product availability. If an item you order is backordered (currently not available), your credit card will not be charged for this item until it ships. Claims & Returns Please check each shipment immediately upon receipt. ESC does not accept returns without prior authorization. Any claims for damages and/or shipment discrepancies must be reported to customer service within two weeks of receipt of shipment. All original boxes, packaging materials, and tracking labels must be saved until each claim is settled in case the carrier requires an inspection as part of the damage claim review. Shipping & Handling* Orders over $50.00 ship free.  $8.00 flat shipping rate for all other orders. Items are shipped from our warehouse in Columbus, Ohio via Standard UPS Ground. *Freight offers, as noted above, DO NOT APPLY to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or to other international ship-to locations.
